江苏新岛YC550散热器的设计
摘要:冷却系统的作用是保证发动机在最适宜的温度状态下工作。而散热器是冷却系统的重要部件,介绍汽车散热器的结构型式及其对材料的要求。重点分析汽车散热器材料的应用及其制造技术的发展情况,并指出汽车散热器的发展趋势。
以新岛公司现有产品YC550散热器为设计课题,分析现有的散热器的结构形式及其对材料的要求,分析现有的散热器制造技术和材料的选择。参考国内外散热器制造的新技术——铜硬钎焊技术,铜硬钎焊技术通过采用特殊的铜、锡和磷的钎焊合金,将黄铜和紫铜分别制成管和散热带钎焊成一个整体———即散热器和热交换器。铜硬钎焊技术的核心是无焊剂、无铅焊合金以及抗退火材料。介绍了铜硬纤焊散热器的工艺技术原理及主要材料的性能。指出了铜硬纤焊散热器在制带、制管、主片及纤焊炉选型等方面的工艺要点。铜硬纤焊散热器具有成本低、小型化、无污染及材料的回收和再生产利用率高等优点。其工作原理是用奥托昆普公司开发的铜硬焊金属填料OKC600在高温590~610℃时熔化,依靠金属毛细管的作用力,流入焊接间隙,与母体材料(抗退火铜材)发生反应,在交界处形成合金金属连续体,构成高强度的金属一体化结构,可见新型的铜硬钎焊技术有不着不可取代的优点,可减轻整体散热器的质量。同时分析散热器制造的技术要求,改进加工工艺。在降低成本的同时提高产品的寿命,延长使用寿命。
