摘要
绕线机在日常生活和工业生产中有着广泛的应用。传统的机械式绕线机大多采用人工排线,在效率、质量、成本等方面存在着诸多弊端。随着互联网和数控技术的发展以及新工业时代的到来,绕线机的原理和结构不断优化,控制系统也由人工升级为了数字系统并逐步向更加先进的人工智能方向发展,这在很大程度上推动了全球制造业的发展和工业化进程。我国在绕线机的自主设计生产上较传统机械强国德、日、美等还有较大的差距,对绕线机的诸多关键技术仍没有掌握,众多型号的绕线机机头依赖进口。
本课题对铜管绕线机的研究将致力于绕线机在排线、主轴进给、线卷轴、支架等结构的优化设计;对绕线机的工作原理进行论述;分析绕线过程中的张力控制,设计合理的张力控制系统;对滑块进行有限元分析,优化其工作性能,最后通过选用先进的总控制系统,使整个绕线机工作流程更加完整、连贯、高效。最后通过工程预算,初步估计绕线机的经济性。
