CA6140车床拨叉831003的铣75×40左端面夹具设计及加工工艺装备含4张CAD图+说明书
摘要 本次设计内容涉及了机械制造工艺及机床夹具设计、金属切削机床、公差配合与测量等多方面的知识。 此次设计任务是对拨叉831003零件的加工工艺、夹具设计,在工艺设计中要首先对零件进行分析,了解零件的工艺再设计出毛坯的结构,并选择好零件的加工基准,设计出零件的工艺路线;接着对零件各个工步的工序进行尺寸计算,关键是决定出各个工序的工艺装备及切削用量;该工件由于上端面和底槽均与花键孔中心有位置关系,因此在工序安排上,先加工花键孔,再通过花键孔定位加工底槽和上端面,最后攻螺纹孔,其中各种夹具均采用专用夹具,由于该零件的尺寸小,所需的夹紧力不大,因此都采用手动夹紧,它的机构设计简单、方便,且满足夹紧要求。 关键词拨叉831003,加工工艺,定位,加工基准;工艺路线 Abstract This desig
