摘要
熔模精密铸造是一种少切削或无切削的先进铸造工艺,铸造零件与零件最后形状十分接近,可不经加工直接使用或经很少加工后使用。
本文主要介绍熔模精密铸造的基本情况和基于CAD/CAM技术的连接件零件(347-2270)熔模模具的设计及加工方案。
本文首先详细阐述了模具设计的基础知识和设计规则,并对连接件零件(3 47-2270)熔模模具进行分析,确定设计方案;然后,本文介绍了基于Pro/E
