XZ229铣专机主轴箱部件设计
摘要
圆台铣床, XXX圆工作台铣床专机是以圆形工作台的回转进给运动,配合主轴旋转的主运动,进行平面铣削的高效工作母机。
我们小组设计所选的题目是XXX圆台铣床的设计。具体方法就是预先选择零件的材料、尺寸,然后对大受者或较力较危的零比险部行件的密进严校而从核、体的医生证保整全动性统采系。传了用非平传常动的齿稳有传轮效方式。这动了计设个轴用多支承强撑、加传动性稳定。结构紧凑,节省空间。从而对设计进行了整体的优化和补充,此外通过现场观摩的模式,对机床的全部构造有了充沛的意识,对整个的一个设计有整体的劣势和增补。
我充沛的施展自己的创新能力于这个设计中,结合了自己这几年学的一些相关专业知识,在老师和同窗的指导下完成了主轴箱的设计。不但加强自己的动手能力也充实了专业知识。
