球面阀芯磨削装置的结构设计与分析
摘要
分析了大口径(1500mm)球面阀芯整体式研具机械研磨机床设备大而且重、研具制造要求高且磨损后修复难度高、整体打磨浪费时间和精力等缺陷,不能满足球阀硬密封零泄漏而实现互换性,加工效率低;提出采用小片研具旋转研磨,并组成行星轮系研具片组,按一定轨迹和速度运动,来覆盖整个球面密封带从而达到对球面研磨的效果。根据其加工机理可得出:该装置能大大地提高加工效率和尺寸精度,降低表面粗糙度数值,节约人力和物力,在满足加工要求的前提下降低生产成本。
