摘要
本文主要内容为铰链件弯曲模具设计。其适用于大批量生产,工件材料为10钢,材料厚度为2mm。
此套模具考虑到提高生产效率的问题,采用工序的复合加工。使用冲孔-切断连续冲裁,预弯和推圆用双工位弯曲模来达成目的。并通过查阅相关资料,解决设计中存在的问题,提高设计的合理性,并使其具有实际应用的价值。
本文以铰链件弯曲模具设计为主要内容,为冲孔-切断连续模、预弯和推圆用双工位弯曲模的设计。包括零件工艺性分析,工艺方案确定与工艺计算,同时也含有模具零部件以及压力机的选用等内容。
