单斗通用型液压挖掘机液压系统设计
摘要
挖掘机作为我国工程机械中的主要机种之一,被广泛运用于各种工程施工行业中。由于挖掘机的工作环境比较恶劣,要求的动作也相对比较复杂。所以对于挖掘机来说液压系统的设计尤为重要。
本文是关于36000KN单斗通用型液压挖掘机液压系统的设计,即液压系统方案的拟定,系统管路图的设计,液压油箱的设计。根据液压挖掘机的工作状况以及工况要求,液压系统的设计主要包括5个方面:行走系统,回转系统,铲斗系统,斗杆系统以及动臂系统的设计。为实现挖掘机各工况的基本要求,本中液压系统采用的是双泵双回路系统,其主要优点是发动机的功率能得到充分利用,同时实现了铲斗转动、斗杆收放和动臂提升有较快的工作速度,从而提高了生产率。同时双泵回路采用手动阀操控简单,工作安全可靠。设计思路是从挖掘机总体以及各部分的工作性能和动作要求入手,以实现工作安全可靠,操作简单为目的,开发出自己的全套液压系统方案。经过认真地设计计算,查找资料撰写本次。最终完成了采用先导伺服控制,结构简单,清晰明了,造价低廉,便于检修的单斗通用型液压挖掘机的液压系统。该挖掘机可广泛应用于建筑,市政,供水,供气,供电,农林及园艺建设等工程。
