垃圾破碎机的设计 摘要 垃圾煤是以城市生活垃圾为主要原料，经过传送、破碎、干燥、燃烧反应、添加助燃剂和成型等工序而成的工业燃料，它具有垃圾处理和生产工业用煤制品两种功效。其中破碎是工序中的一个重要环节，而垃圾破碎机是一种实现垃圾破碎功能的专用环保设备。 本文根据桂林某企业生活垃圾煤生产线中破碎机的工作要求，设计出一种可行的破碎机结构，满足强度和寿命要求。主要工作如下：进行破碎机的结构方案论证，绘制破碎机部件的机构装配图，用三维软件Solidworks对部件进行三维建模，并进行有关理论分析和计算。分析动力要求，选择原动机，编制关键零件的加工工艺卡。 关键字：垃圾破碎机；破碎结构；三维建模；原动机；加工工艺卡 Abstract Garbage coal is a ki
