链条联接件的冷冲模设计 摘要 随着现代模具行业的迅速发展,冲压成形加工技术在各个领域中也得到了更广泛的应用。冲压模作为冲压生产必不可少的重要工艺装备,其设计制造能力的好坏将直接影响着模具工业化的发展。 本设计根据客户提供的链条联接件的结构尺寸及精度要求完成一副冷冲压模具的设计。设计的主要内容有:冲压工艺方案的确定,零件的排样,凹、凸模刃口尺寸的计算,模具结构的设计和主要零件的设计计算等。 通过零件图的工艺分析可知,本次设计的难点在于如何保证冲压件的尺寸精度、生产效率及窄孔边距小型零件的安全冲裁问题。在设计过程中,通过查阅相关资料及结合生产实际情况,并通过工艺方案的比较,最终采用多排排样的工序安排及增大和冲裁塔边的方法来解决窄孔边距小型零件的安全冲裁问题,采用连续模加工方法满足生产效率的要求,同时采用凸模同时冲裁的方式来保证零件两孔间的中心距精度要求。 本次设计尽可能地采用标准连接件及标准模具模架及其他板件等,从而省去板件坯料加工和热处理的复杂过程,缩减制模周期。另外,因为零件尺寸较小,设计中采用自动送料装置、导正销精确定位装置等工艺措施,从而保证冲压的可行性和安全性,满足生产工艺的要求。 关键词:冲压;冷冲模设计;工序;塔边 Abstract With the rapid developme
