摘要
目前在医药行业,药片的种类和数量类别不同差别十分巨大,目前存在的药片大多是胶囊和片状结构,在对药片的包装过程中,往往要对药片进行定量的包装,主要有瓶装和盒装两种方式。由于医疗制药行业要求比较严格,对药片的过程性控制比较强,早些传统的人工分装的形式不可避免的造成二次污染,不仅不卫生极有可能对患者造成二次伤害。所以本次设计通过自动控制理论设计一种自动的药片灌瓶机的系统,具有十分重要的意义。
本次设计采用西门子S7-200小型PLC作为主要的控制元件,通过置位复位和起保停电路、顺序控制的方式对程序进行编程,设计了一种药片灌瓶机的PLC控制系统。通过对硬件和软件的设计,满足现今控制行业药片灌瓶的使用要求。最后对程序进行模拟调试,在不断的调试和修改过程中,使程序更加完美,达到最佳的工作状态。
