同步上料旋转升降系统设计
摘要
同步上料旋转升降系统是用于真空熔炼设备中进行金属重熔精炼的一个重要部件,在金属重熔精炼中起着重要作用。它具有快速上升和慢速下降的功能,在升降的同时具备了旋转功能。快速上升,能有效提高其工作效率;慢速下降及旋转,对净化金属、搞高金属纯度、改善晶体结构起着重要的作用。本文设计选用双滚珠丝杠副作为升降系统,传动方式为丝杠回转运动——螺母移动;通过螺母移动带动中间轴升降的同时,用交流伺服电机驱动中间轴旋转。本文对该机构的主要组成部件:滚珠丝杠副、减速器、齿轮传动、交流伺服电机等进行了设计计算或选型。此外,本文还对各个零部件进行了设计及其说明,并绘制了零件图以及该机构的装配图。整个机构设计合理,结构紧凑,运动平稳,定位精度和传动效率高,能有效实现其同步旋转升降的功能。
