采煤液压升降台结构设计+SolidWorks三维模型
摘要 采煤是我国比较开产量较大的国家,然而,我们在采煤工作中,也就是煤炭生产过程中。这样的设计能够实现生产的安全性和液压支架的可靠性发展,考虑到了现在国内生产的使用的液压支架的功能来优化这次的设计要走,从采煤的优势作用上来改进普通结构的形式,设计优化液压支架的结构形式,改变原有的阻碍性问题,从根本上解决现在采煤遇到的问题,更是在安全的角度考虑会达到一个可靠的操作过程等优点。 本次所做的液压支架的设计,主要做的是液压支架结构的总体设计,以及主要部件合理性使用的设计,本设计对液压支架整体结构和液压支架的支撑作用零部件结构进行了动力的分析,然后对液压支架结构的工艺性的尺寸进行整体的综合分析,最后设计中对液压支架进行受力能力的分析以及支架的强度计算校核。在这次的液压支架的设计中,让我对采煤有了一定的了解,有会液压支架的工作原理等有更加深入的理解,还在别的方面学到了很多。 关键词:采煤、顶板、液压支架、移架速度 Desig
