摘要
本次设计课题来源于生活,应用广泛,但传动难度大,冲压机结构较为复杂,对该小型冲压机的设计对于设计来说是一个很好的考验。它能加强对塑料传动冲压机工作原理的理解,同时锻炼对塑料传动冲压机的设计和制造能力。本次设计以小型冲压机产品设计为主要方向,综合了传动工艺分析,冲压机结构设计,最后到冲压机工作加工方法,冲压机主要针对加工工艺过程,完成冲压机的传动设计及工作原理等系列性问题,能很好的达到一个学习致用的效果。
从产品结构工艺性,具体冲压机结构出发,对冲压机传动部分的的结构、冲压机构、压力机的选择及有关参数的校核都有详细设计,介绍了落料冲孔复合模的结构组成及工作原理,该冲压机结构简单,其中冲压主件采用整体设计,成本低廉、运行可靠,通过冲压机设计表明该冲压机能达到小型小型质量和加工工艺要求。
