摘要
本次设计的目的是设计一款轿车用的5+1五挡变速器,使汽车在行驶过程中通过驾驶员的操纵,可以获得不同的扭矩,达到在不同路况和行驶状况下可以选择合适的挡位来保证汽车的动力的同时节省燃油的目的。本次设计主要是对变速器中的齿轮和轴进行设计计算,并对其他部件进行简单的设计[4],由于采用比较原始的传统方法,所以在此次设计中可能会出现部分精度较低的情况,但是此次设计的变速器仍然能够满足结构简单,易于制造等要求并且能够保证较为正常的持续工作。
