摘要
在我国经济快速发展的今天,生产用钢带开卷机的发展也得到了前所未有的发展,在近几年的发展中,不同种类的钢带开卷机层出不穷,给人们的生活水平带来了便捷式的发展。在现有的市场上的开卷机的设计上,很多各不相同的设备结构形式都不一样,有些以前的设备使用的是手动的方式实现开卷的过程,这样的设备在现在的发展上,已经达不到提高工作效率的要求。使得进行开卷和钢带折弯等工作形势下,工作的效率是比较低的、而且在操作上存在的困难,使得钢带开卷机的销售和使用在经济上具有划算的作用,还在工作上航更好的节省时间。本次设计的自动的钢带开卷机,适用于在钢板的生产和制作上,因此在本次的设计中,主要针对的是钣金制作上的钢带开卷机的结构的设计,完成本次课题相关的设计内容。
