渐开线斜齿轮加工工艺及工装设计
【摘要】本设计主要内容是对渐开线斜齿轮的加工工艺路线进行设计和研究,其中包括了各道工序的加工方法以及选择合适的刀具、机床、夹具,选取基准面,定位和夹紧方案,对其中的一道工序设计专用夹具。端面、齿面和内孔为斜齿轮的主要加工表面,按照先面后孔的原则进行设计。夹具方面选取专用夹具,夹紧刚性高,合适大批量生产的情况。此次设计主要内容在于如何简化加工工序,降低加工难度,从而完成提高产品加工效率的目的。
