摘要
现在的科学技术发展的这么快,加工生产水平在整个世界来说都提高了很多。我们国家现在最具有代表性的加工中心,不管是自动化程度,还是附加值,还有利润额跟国际上先进的加工中心比,都差了很多。现在中国经济的发展很快,全球经济一体化越来越高,并且政府对于自主创新更加的看重,所以现在发展技术更高级的机床的时机到来了。
这篇设计的是CK6120的进给系统,主要针对这个系统的结构进行设计,首先。查看跟它有关的资料,对这个车床的构造进行了解,还有车床的工作原理进行了解,之后按照它的具体的配置,还有加工时候的数据,将整个方案确定下来;然后按照拟定设计步骤对横向,纵向进给系统的机械结构分别进行设计,还要对设计电机、齿轮、丝杠、轴承等零部件,对关键零部件进行强度计算和校核。
