KST1002换挡拨叉的加工工艺及铣19上端面夹具设计
摘要
伴随制造业的飞速发展,夹具的设计及制作也迎来了其发展的春天。夹具是零件加工的夹紧装置,是加工零件的一种必不可少的装置。夹具利用率高,经济性好,对功能组件的使用和数量少。在设计专用夹具时要考虑工件的定位方案,工件的夹紧方案和设计夹紧机构,夹具的其他组成部分,夹具的结构形式等。
本次设计的题目是KST1002换挡拨叉的加工工艺及铣19上端面夹具设计。由于该零件需要大批量生产,所以设计一个铣床专用夹具,保证零件的加工质量。专用夹具的利用率高,经济性好,使用元件的功能强并且数量少,配套费用低,降低了生产成本;采用夹紧装置,缩短停机时间,提高生产效率。
完成夹具的所有设计后,用AutoCAD进行二维图的绘制,首先画零件图、毛坯图,然后绘制装配图及夹具体零件图等。标注相关尺寸及技术要求,最后进行说明书的撰写、整理、修改完成该课程设计,达到了教学要求。为以后的学习和工作夯实了基矗
