泥浆泵下阀体机械加工工艺与铣法兰端面专用夹具设计
摘要:泥浆泵,是指在钻探过程中向钻孔里输送泥浆或水等冲洗液的机械。泥浆泵是钻探设备的重要组成部分。阀体是主要零件,它的加工质量将直接影响到整个系统的运行。国内的普通机床对于阀类零件的加工,产品的精度达不到要求和机床本身精度的限制,生产效率也比较低,加工的质量相对不稳定,我们可以从零件的加工工艺上下手,来进行一些改进,提高产品的品质,并设计相关的夹具。先分析其结构,并对其制定相应的机械加工工艺规程,合理安排加工工序,并对切削用量及工时进行计算。再设计制作铣法兰端面专用夹具,并对夹具的进行说明,和相应的误差分析。
