摘要
纱锭搬运三爪机械手应用于生产线上代替工人工作,它把工人从复杂、繁重、疲劳、的工作环境中解脱出来,是人类的好伙伴,是工业制造领域重要的生产和服务性设备,是先进制造技术领域不可缺少的自动化设备,也是一个企业现代化水平的重要标志,同时可以减少企业的成本,提高企业的效益。本课题要求根据装卸搬运的生产需要,完成通用机械手回转与升降功能部件的结构设计。有助于培养学生运用所学基础知识、基本理论进行一般机械产品结构设计的综合能力。由于本课题研究的三抓机械手的额定负载较小,体积和重量均要求较小,且结构简单,纱锭怕污染,综合分析后,决定采用气压缸来实现对纱锭的搬运,而且可以采用简易的开关来控制。
