一种水力活塞泵的设计 【摘要】本主要是针对我国深井原油开采人工举升难度大的问题,结合水力活塞泵采油工艺的特点和多年以来水力活塞泵在我国油田的使用情况,设计了一种单作用插入固定式水力活塞泵。本主要是从以下几个方面对单作用水力活塞泵进行了设计研究。第--,通过搜集资料。了解到了水力活塞泵的使用情况,了解到了外水力活塞泵在我国的使用情况。通过查阅搜索有关文献资料,了解国内外专家对水力活塞泵的研究情况。第二,通过对水力活塞泵采油工艺流程和水力活塞泵装置的结构及特点的分析和研究。查阅和学习有关的文献资料,对水力活塞泵采油工艺流程和水力活塞泵装置的结构及特点进行深入的了解,为本课题的设计打下坚实的理论基矗第三,水力活塞泵井下机组主要技术参数的确定。根据油田生产需求,通过对比分析在用水力活塞泵的性能及特点,确定水力活塞泵的主要技术参数。第四,总体方案设计。根据水力活塞泵井下机组主要参数,确定总体方案。第五,结构设计。进行了水力活塞泵的结构设计,分析了超水力活塞泵的结构特点,确定了水力活塞泵的适用范围。在本设计中,重点对活塞、活塞杆、主控制滑阀、游动阀、固定阀、各种接头、泵筒及流道布置等井下装置进行了设计计算。在此基础上,运用SolidWorks软件建立三维模型,绘制了各零件工程图和总装图。第六,水力活塞泵基本参数的计算。计算了水力活塞泵的动力液体压力、动力液流量、泵的排量、下泵深度等。通过分析和计算、P/E比可变、上下冲程完全平衡、双作用、密封可靠、效率高等优点,适用于深井、超深并及低液面井采油以及高寒地区和高凝油、高含蜡油井的开采。 【关键词】水力活塞泵,采油,结构设计,插入固定式 [Abstract] Aimi
