普通小型椭圆垫片冲压模具设计
摘要:本文主要分析了普通垫片的冲裁成形的工艺特点,其中包含了通过对工件形状的分析、相关尺寸的计算、制造工件的工艺性分析、冲裁力的计算、加工所需要的模具设计时需要特别注意的关键点,根据各种考量确定了零件在条料上的排样方法和基本确定单工序模具的大体结构。此单工序模具有且只有直接落料一道工序。重点叙述了凸模、凹模、卸料装置等主要零件的设计方法和制造工艺,以及冲裁模具所需冲压设备的选择。同时描述了本模具的大致工作行程,各个零件动作的配合运动协调性、,以及凸模和凹模之间冲裁装配间隙的控制,还有各个零件之间的相互配合运动的精度,从而制定本零件的加工制作的工艺及方法。
