带有自动挡料装置的垫板级进模设计
摘要
冷冲压工艺是现代工业生产中重要的工艺装备之一,不仅仅在工业生产制造中有所应用,而且在日常生活的方方面面也有广泛应用。近年来,模具工业已摆脱了从属地位而发展成为独立的行业。我国的模具工业也有突飞猛进的发展,模具可以进行快速大批量生产,能制造出比较复杂的零件,极大的提高了模具制造的精度、质量和生产率,节约了零件加工成本,容易实现自动化的流水线生产。
设计一套带有自动挡料装置的冲孔落料级进模。垫板在机器的各部分之间起着连接时稳定、密封等作用。垫板的种类繁多,材质以及大小薄厚的不同,所起的作用也是不同的。按材质分类,可分为非金属、半金属、和金属垫板三种。而本次设计的垫板主要用在法兰连接的螺栓中的,作用是增大螺栓或螺母与零件表面的接触面积,防止零件表面被磨坏,配合弹簧垫圈,起到防松作用。此次垫板的模具设计采用的是级进摸,在生产应用中主要是冲孔和落料工序,其中包括冲压工艺分析,并确定模具,凸模、凹模、固定板、卸料装置等零部件的设计和制造,以及压力机的选择。
该设计能够使我对于学校所学的知识有一个全面的复习和进一步的认识,将专业课知识系统的结合在一起,使我提高自行设计这一方面的能力。
