F220浮头式柴油冷却器设计 摘要 换热器是一种十分重要的节能设备，广泛应用于石油、化工、动力、冶金等各个领域，在国民经济生产中占据着特别重要的位置，尤其是在世界能源危机爆发后，换热器在缓解能源紧缺的应用中显得尤为重要，国内外各研究机构、高等院校对换热器的研究一直非常重视。 此说明书是关于F220浮头式换热器的设计，主要为换热器的工艺计算、换热器的结构以及强度的设计。此次设计的主要过程分两个部分，一是工艺计算部分，主要是由给定的参数来估算换热面积，进行换热器的选型、校核传热系数、计算出实际的换热面积，最后进行压力降和壁温的计算；另一部分是关于结构以及强度的设计，主要是由已经选定的换热器型式进行设备内各部件的设计，包括：材料的选择、具体尺寸的确定、确定具体位置、管板厚度的计算、浮头盖和浮头法兰厚度的计算、开孔补强计算等。 关键词：管壳式换热器；浮头式换热器；结构设计；强度 ABSTRACT The desig
