F30连续搅拌蛇管式换热器设计
摘要
换热器在许多领域都有着广泛的应用,是很多工业生产过程中必不可少的设备,在当今能源紧缺的时代,换热器为世界能源危机的缓解起着非常重要的作用,它的改进和发展一直是各个国家及研究机构的重要研究项目。
本换热器的设计类型为连续搅拌蛇管式换热器,通过查阅与换热器相关的资料以及前人对换热器设计经验总结,对换热器的作用和工作原理有一定的了解,然后根据本换热器的设计要求整理出设计的工作重点和顺序。然后根据设计的要求的,例如介质的温度,设备的压力范围,还有换热面积,对本设计换热器进行各种参数的计算,以及材料的选择,完成换热器结构的大体设计,零部件的设计,以及安装的步骤和设备的防腐设施。并根据计算出的数据绘制换热器的装配图和零件图。
在设计时,我们必须按照正确的设计步骤和方法来进行设计,而且设计中各种参数要符合国家的标准和规定,严格执行要求,才能设计出符合设计要求且能够安全进行换热工作的F30连续搅拌蛇管式换热器。
