BRW200/31.5乳化液泵动力端设计
[摘要]随着以曲轴作为动力传导机构的大量使用,对其要求不仅仅是动力的传递而且要求精确高效,即对曲轴工作性能提出了新的要求。本研究的乳化液泵曲轴作为动力元件用于煤矿井下,曲轴为三拐四支撑,因其两端支撑结构存在不足之处,导致曲轴两端轴颈产生了偏心误差,会致使曲轴箱产生振动、噪音,缩短曲轴的使用寿命及减小工作效率,为了解决此问题作出了一系列的分析。
