层积型快速原型制造装置机械结构设计
摘要
本文概述了快速原型制造的国内外发展概况及其相对于其他生产方式的特点比较,并阐述了LOM系统的存在问题及前景优势,另外对LOM系统的与原理进行了叙述。本设计采用滚珠丝杠带动直线导轨做直线移动,将激光的透镜安装在丝杠螺母上做XY切割运动,Z向采用滚珠丝杠带动工作台做上下移动,同时将滚珠丝杆固定在机床上。同时采用导向柱导向工作台。热碾压机构采用电机带轮带动齿形带做传动,齿形带带动热碾压板做运动,同时对滚子预热以达到热碾压的目的。材料的进给采用电机带动,齿轮齿形带传动,材料滚子两端用轴承定位,同时采用张紧轮张紧。并在机床两端采用导向辊导向。
