凸轮轴的加工工艺及磨床夹具设计含非标11张CAD图+说明书
摘要 凸轮轴是汽车上非常重要的零件之一,位置位于汽车的发动机。该零件的作用是调节以及控制气门的闭合,开启及其调节启闭的工作角度等等。为汽车的正常工作提供保障。凸轮轴是比较典型的轴类零件,轴类零件应用非常广泛,从而对凸轮轴进行研究非常有必要。 这次设计的内容主要有凸轮轴加工工艺规程的设计和凸轮轴专用夹具的设计。在一开始对其进行设计的时候,主要研究的凸轮的作用,材料的选择,加工工艺路线的制定还有零件在加工的时候其切削用量的选择等等。 通过商定决定设计磨IV段凸轮磨床专用夹具设计。在对其进行设计之前,对磨床的组成、加工范围等知识点进行掌握;依据零件的结构特点设计了定位方案和夹紧方案并选择了相应的元件。对夹具体进行设计,画出装配图以及零件图等。 关键词:凸轮轴、工艺规程、专用夹具、IV段凸轮、磨床 Abstract The camshaft is o
