摘要
我们国家现在机械化发展的很快,所以需要对现有的技术,装备进行提升跟改造,并且还要将一些新的材料,新的能源,新的技术等使用到生产里面去。专用夹具就是其中一个重要的组成部分。
这篇设计的零件是摇臂轴座,按照要求需要对其进行工艺和铣夹具的设计。随着非标零件越来越多,以及考虑现实生产的需求,通用夹具是满足不了,并且使用通用夹具对产品进行装夹,效率比较差,劳动强度也很强,生产产品质量不好,并且还要进行划线。
本文在完成工艺规程设计的基础上,还对零件图50下端面进行了铣床专用夹具设计。专用夹具的设计既要确定定位方案,夹紧方案,还有对刀方案,设计出夹具体,分析生产精度等。由此生产出来的零件,其效率较高,成本少。
