回转件超声检测设备-机械装置设计
摘要
工业化的快速发展,对各类零部件的质量提出了更高的要求,尤其是一些用在重要地方比方核电和压力容器上的零件,他们的产品是否安全不但影响自身设备的安全,而且一旦发生事故,还会对周围的环境和人员造成伤害。因此如何在产品加工成型前就检测出他的缺陷,并且采取一定的措施就显得极为迫切和必要。
本设计采用无损探测超声波检测技术,可以对回转件在轴向和径向进行同步检测,还可以根据检测面的变化,对检测探头进行旋转。回转体在三爪卡盘里边装夹完成,主传动电机开始启动,带动三爪卡盘和回转体一起旋转,检测探头在电动滑台的带动下分别做水平或者直线运动,随着回转体的旋转,检测探头的轴向和径向运动可以实现对整个回转体的完成扫描和检测,避免了缺陷遗漏,提高了检测精度和效率。
本次设计不但进行了回转件超声检测设备机械设备的设计和开发,绘制了二维和三维图纸,还对重要的部件如电机、齿轮、轴、滚珠丝杠等进行了计算和校核。
