摘要
现代的NX、制造技术,都是建立在数控技术之上的。掌握现代数控技术知识是现代数控技术专业学生必不可少的。数控装置也逐渐由NC向CNC发展。其高速、高效、高精度、高可靠性的特性以及其模块化、智能化、柔性化和集成化的快捷方便使其在生产制造中成为越来越重要的角色。
本文内容介绍了零件图纸分析与建模分析、加工工艺分析,包括零件加工内容分析、毛坯分析、机床的选择、加工顺序的确定、确定装夹方案、刀具的选择、切削用量的选择、基于UG的NC编程加工。我希望能通过这次设计中对自己未来将从事的工作进行一次适应性训练,从中锻炼自己分析问题、解决问题的能力。
