本体产品造型及本体模具数控加工工艺及程序编制
摘要
数控技术集计算机技术、电子技术、自动控制、传感测量、机械制造、网络通讯技术于一体,它的发展和运用,开创了制造业的新时代,数控技术水平的高低已成为衡量一个国家制造业现代化程度的核心标志。
本是对本体产品造型设计及其模具数控加工的描述,包容了零件图样的分析、刀具和夹具的选用、工艺路线的拟定以及手工编程的全部内容。在零件的加工过程中工艺分析是尤其重要的,而数控加工工艺分析与处理是数控编程的前提和依据,没有符合实际的数控加工工艺,就不可能有真正可行的数控加工程序,所以这次设计的重点就在数控加工工艺上,结合数控加工工艺要求和零件的使用要求对零件的数控加工工艺流程作了的分析。
