摘要
本设计主要针对缸套加工工艺及钻Ф5内孔专用夹具进行了研究。工艺分析的主要内容有:零件的结构分析、加工要求分析,加工工艺路线的制定,工序卡及工艺卡的编写,零件图及毛坯图的绘制等。
通过与指导老师协商设计Φ5内孔钻床专用夹具。通过对零件图的分析,该孔的加工精度要求以及作用非常重要。夹具设计内容有定位方案及装置的设计;夹紧方案及装置的设计;夹具体的设计;钻削力的计算以及夹紧力的校核与验算等等。最后,完成了夹具装配图和夹具体等所有非标零件图的绘制。
