基于CAXA槽轮零件的数控铣削加工工艺分析及编程仿真+说明书
摘要 本文开始介绍了数控技术的制造业的社会、行业背景,数控技术人才需求情况,就业方向。接下来主要针对铣零件数控加工工艺设计,首先根据铣零件的图纸及技术要求进行了详细的数控加工工艺分析,分析过后对该零件进行了数控加工工艺设计,拟定了加工方案,选择了加工设备、加工刀具、夹具,确定了装夹方案、切削用量,制定了加工顺序、编制了零件的数控加工工序卡片和刀具卡片等。最后,详细说明了如何运用CAXA自动编程编制该零件的数控程序,在最后使用仿真功能仿真加工零件,确定正确无误后使用后处理功能导出数控加工程序,完成本次设计。 关键词:铣;加工工艺;数控;程序 Abstract The begi
