摘要
机器的加工现在发展的这么快,设计夹具也好,加工夹具也好,反正这个行业的发展是很好的。夹具其实就是用来对零部件进行紧紧的夹祝在设计专用夹具时要考虑很多因素如工件的定位方案,工件怎么样去夹紧等问题。
这次的题目是一款行星架的加工工艺设计及其夹具设计,该零件属于盘类零件,在加工时其精度有相应的一些要求。所以一定要有专用的夹具来保证其正常加工。在充分了解行星架作用的基础上,对其零件的作用进行分析,绘制零件图和毛坯图,编写加工工艺路线。确定各工序的加工参数,填写工艺过程卡及工序卡。
本次夹具设计是对加工M14X1.5-6H螺纹孔设计的专用钻床夹具,其设计内容有定位和夹紧方案的确定,定位和夹紧元件的选择。夹具体的设计、导向装置的选用、钻削力的计算等。最后,绘制夹具装配图及夹具体零件图。
