年产8000吨活性轻质碳酸钙的工艺设计 —消化池的设计 摘要：轻质碳酸钙是我国传统的化工产品之一，本文综述了轻质碳酸钙的来源、性质、用途、前景及制造工艺。它的生产过程一般包括石灰石的煅烧、生石灰的消化、消石灰碳化、悬浮液的液固分离以及滤饼的干燥等。本设计首先通过对消化原理及影响因素的分析，选择了这种带搅拌的混合釜的材料，确定了搅拌容器以及搅拌器的形式，最后对物料体积的计算，进而确定设备的经济尺寸，并进行了压力试验和应力校核从而保证消化过程的顺利进行，确保任务顺利完成。 关键词：轻质碳酸钙生石灰的消化带搅拌的混合釜 Process Desig
