9R-28型揉碎机设计
摘要
秸秆是一种潜在的粗饲料资源,我国每年有数千亿斤农作物秸秆被粉碎加工成饲料。饲料工业已经发展成为国民经济中不可缺少的重要基础产业。
9R-28型揉碎机主要用于粗饲料的加工,它集揉切碎和粉碎等机型的优点,可将农作物秸秆、牧草、藤蔓等作物茎杆揉碎成丝状段、既可直接饲喂牲畜,也可将其青贮、氨化、碱化或进行其它加工。
本文针对9R-28型揉碎机进行设计,本文首先分析了揉碎原理,拟定了9R-28型揉碎机的传动方案,采用V带进行增速传动。
然后,对V带传动进行传动设计计算,确定V带的形式及带轮的结构参数。
最后,对整个机器进行了结构设计,重点对机架及转子进行了设计。
本文所设计的揉碎机结构紧凑,性能优良,使用可靠,工作平稳,操作简便,适用范围广,可广泛地满足广大用户要求。
