22型客车车门垫板的级进模具设计【冲孔-切断级进模、冲裁工艺及冲压模具设计】
摘要
本设计题目为22型客车车门垫板级进模设计,体现了级进模的设计要求、内容及方向,有一定的设计意义。通过对该零件模具的设计,进一步加强了本人对级进模设计的基础知识,为设计更复杂的级进模具做好了铺垫和吸取了更深刻的经验。
本设计运用冲裁工艺及模具设计的基础知识,首先分析了板材的成分及性能要求,为选取冲裁方式做好了准备;然后选取了合理的排样,提高了材料的合理利用率;接着分析计算凸凹模尺寸、及其它零部件的尺寸与制造方法,最后选取合适的的压力机。
对冲压生产而言,单工位模具结构单一,生产效率低,而且钣金零件不能过于复杂,否则就需要多副单工位模具才能实现。如果采用级进模进行冲压生产,就可以改变这些缺点。级进模的特点是生产效率高,生产周期短,占用的操作人员少,非常适合大批量生产。本设计即为宇通客车车门垫板设计的级进模。
