U形带圆孔无凸缘圆筒形件-油封钢圈冲压工艺及模具设计【落料拉深冲孔正装复合模】
摘要:本设计题目为油封钢圈冲压工艺及模具设计,体现了典型复合模具的设计要求、内容及方向,有一定的设计意义。通过对该零件模具的设计,进一步加强了设计者冲裁模设计的基础知识,为设计更复杂的冲裁模具做好了铺垫和吸取了更深刻的经验。
本设计充分运用冲裁工艺及模具设计的基础知识,首先分析了板材的性能要求,为选取模具的类型做好了准备;然后计算了冲裁件的冲裁力,便于选取压力机吨位及确定压力机型号;最后分析了冲裁件的特征,便于确定模具的设计参数、设计要点及卸件装置。
本设计采用正装复合模,通过落料、拉伸、冲孔、切边工序在一次行程中完成制件的成形。模具采用后侧导柱导向方式,导料采用导料板,送进步距控制采用挡料销,采用固定卸料、刚性打杆、打板卸料方式。如果不考虑经济成本时,采用级进模设计会更好。
