摘要
本文主要介绍了釜式再沸器的三个部分,第一部分工艺计算部分,第二部分结构设计计算和第三部分的机械设计。其中我所设计工艺设计计算部分包括根据设计条件,查询介质的物性参数,算出热流量,平均温度差估算换热面积,计算换热管管数,确定釜式再沸器的大体尺寸。其次进行换热器核算,包括(1)热量核算,①壳程对流传热系数②管程对流传热系数③总传热系数④传热面积(2)换热器内流体的流动阻力①管程流动阻力②壳程流动阻力。机械设计部分包括确定换热器换热管的尺寸,壳体(大端,小端),封头,管箱管板,折流板,支持板,法兰,支座等其他零部件。
