粗糙表面法兰盘式单向阀设计
摘要:
(1)本次设计产品为粗糙表面法兰盘式单向阀。
(2)研究目的:为了解决城市地下水管道问题,防止城市排出的污水倒流回城市。
(3)研究方法:查阅文献,工具书进行单向阀进行结构优化及相关零件数据设计和计算。并且绘制三维和二维图纸。
(4)结果:设计出符合要求的单向阀,并且实施有效,性能优秀。
(5)结论:本次设计的单向阀具有结构简单,工作可靠,稳定性高,拆装装配及维修方便快捷等优点。计算说明书中包括单向阀相关零件数据的计算和cad图纸、solidworks三维图纸、本次设计的总结等。
本设计经过结构校核与建模分析,对所设计的调节阀进行了系统化、全面化的分析校核,最终确保了阀门工作的安全性和稳定性。
