ZL60型轮式装载机正转六连杆工作机构设计
摘要
轮式装载机是一种应用非常广泛的装运机械,它具有重量轻、灵活性好、效率高、维护方便等特点;它既可进行铲装作业,又可用作短途运输,对于减轻劳动强度,加快工作进程,提高工作质量起着重要的作用。装载机械的发展方向,对于地露天矿是向大型化、连续化方向发展,斗容越大,生产率越高,运营费越低,但其增大值也是有限的。轮胎式装载机的工作装置是用于铲装、卸载的机构,它包括一个铲斗、一个动臂、举升油缸、转斗油缸、转斗杆件及其操作液压系统等。反转六连杆机构具有较大的铲取力并且能很好的实现铲斗自动放平,并且它还具有结构紧凑、前悬孝司机视野好、结构简单、受力良好等突出优点,并得到了广泛的应用。这次设计,是主要依据“减少装载工作阻力,满足生产率需求。”同时做到各种工作条件下不易撒料,具有良好的耐磨性、抗抗冲击性,强度好等。装载机是一种我们生活中最常见的工程机械,它主要通过液压驱动工作装置来实现斗的翻转和升降,来完成装载机装卸。装载机可以有效地降低劳动强度,提高劳动效率。在现代化施工建设中,它广泛应用于道路建设、物料运输等领域,己成为必不可少的工程机械之一。本文对ZL60装载机的的工作装置进行设计,包括铲斗、动臂、连杆机构及组件的尺寸的计算,以及采用受力分析法计算工作装置的强度等。
