钢丝绳吊笼式施工升降机结构设计含SW三维及5张CAD图
摘要:本本着节省材料、成本低廉、安全简易、效率高的原则,立足于短行程简易升降机的设计与研制,完成的基本工作如下:通过对国内外技术调查取样分析,为装置关键部件和试验研究等层面提供了性能依据,在经过理论的指导合理的设计出机械装置的结构,主要设计包括有齿轮传动,结构设计等,通过对各工作部件的设计,试制出机械装置并进行模拟试验,以求得最佳试验性能参数,进而对短行程简易升降机的性能作出优化设计。在对短行程简易升降机理论进行归纳总结基础上,把安全简易理论运用到本课题的研究中。从而达到简单易行,安全可靠,制造方便,成本低的设计目的。 关键字:升降机电动葫芦齿轮传动 Abstract: Based o
