小型小麦、水稻种子联合收获机的设计含19张CAD图+说明书
摘要:本本着节省材料、成本低廉、安全简易、效率高的原则,立足于水稻清选装置的设计与研制,完成的基本工作如下:通过对国内外技术调查取样分析,为装置关键部件和试验研究等层面提供了性能依据,在经过理论的指导合理的设计出机械装置的结构,设计了以套筒辊为主要工作部件的清选装置,来筛选谷物。本设计方案设计了套筒式眼辊筒,设计了套眼式分拣筒的直径,角速度和倾斜角,并设计和计算了所需的主要部件并检查参数,完成设备图纸和主要零件设计,主要设计包括有驱动设计,传动设计等,通过对各工作部件的设计,试制出机械装置,以求得最佳试验性能参数,进而对水稻清选装置的的性能作出优化设计。 关键词:套筒辊分拣筒驱动设计 Abstract: Based o
