单层下切式液压剪切机的设计含开题及14张CAD图+说明书
摘要 在当代工业的发展中,随着设计技术的不断提升,对制造业的要求也越来越严格。由于剪切机不论是在轻工业还是在重工业中都有着广泛的应用,所以有效地提高剪切机的工作效率以及工作性能是很有必要的。 传统剪切机在平时生产使用的过程中存在的噪音大、占地面积大、灵活性差容易磨损等问题,这些问题极大地影响了我们的生产效率。为了解决这些影响生产效率的问题我们决定传统剪切机进行改造。 为了达到改良的目的,我们利用液压传动控制技术对剪切机进行改造。由于液压传动能使执行元件的运动十分均匀稳定,可使运动部件换向时无换向冲击。而且由于其反应速度快,故可实现频繁换向。再加上其操作简单,调整控制方便,易于实现自动化。特别是和机、电联合使用时,能方便地实现复杂的自动工作循环。 液压剪切机相较于传统的机械剪切机来说能很好的解决噪音大、灵活性不足等问题,有效地弥补了机械性能上的不足。 此次设计的新形式的液压剪切机能够更好地服务于剪切行业的发展,更好地适应国内外市场的需求,因此具有良好的市场前景。 关键词:剪切机;液压系统;液压元件 Abstract I
