摘要
晾晒衣物这个生活中最常见的事情,是每个家庭中必不可少的一部分,随着人们外出旅游越来越多,户外用品不可少的,离不开身,开车出去自驾游,野外用餐,登山等累了,在外洗了衣服怎么晾干,这就需要晾衣架,可是晾衣架种类很多,如室内晾衣架的设计现有产品远不能满足人们的需求,这就需要设计一款可以折叠,又可以方便携带的晾衣架,本设计对户外用品进行创新设计,设计一种更为便捷的户外晾衣架,成为必然趋势。本文通过广泛搜集、查阅相关文献,针对洋房露台晾衣架使用方式展开实地调查,进而设计了一款新型晾衣架。根据晾衣杆的使用环境对晾衣杆的选材以及受力情况进行分析。作为晾衣架的基础件,晾衣杆要满足一定强度、硬度以及抗蚀性,以简支梁为依据借助SolidWorks的分析,以美观为基础进行晾衣架主要部件选择和优化设计。为了能够进行晾衣杆使用,支撑材料选择后利用SolidWorks对晾衣杆的支撑件进行三维建模,对主要部件进行优化设计,增加晾衣架结构平衡性,最终确定旋转型晾衣架。以晾衣杆整体为基础进行细节优化,设计出一款户外晾衣架,折叠,空间小,结构简单,外观美丽,便于携带的晾衣架。
