摘要 晾晒衣物这个生活中最常见的事情，是每个家庭中必不可少的一部分，随着人们外出旅游越来越多，户外用品不可少的，离不开身，开车出去自驾游，野外用餐，登山等累了，在外洗了衣服怎么晾干，这就需要晾衣架，可是晾衣架种类很多，如室内晾衣架的设计现有产品远不能满足人们的需求，这就需要设计一款可以折叠，又可以方便携带的晾衣架，本设计对户外用品进行创新设计，设计一种更为便捷的户外晾衣架，成为必然趋势。本文通过广泛搜集、查阅相关文献，针对洋房露台晾衣架使用方式展开实地调查，进而设计了一款新型晾衣架。根据晾衣杆的使用环境对晾衣杆的选材以及受力情况进行分析。作为晾衣架的基础件，晾衣杆要满足一定强度、硬度以及抗蚀性，以简支梁为依据借助SolidWorks的分析，以美观为基础进行晾衣架主要部件选择和优化设计。为了能够进行晾衣杆使用，支撑材料选择后利用SolidWorks对晾衣杆的支撑件进行三维建模，对主要部件进行优化设计，增加晾衣架结构平衡性，最终确定旋转型晾衣架。以晾衣杆整体为基础进行细节优化，设计出一款户外晾衣架，折叠，空间小，结构简单，外观美丽，便于携带的晾衣架。 关键词:户外折叠晾衣架SolidWorks许用应力 Abstract Dryi
