摘要
本次课程设计的目的是对拨叉零件进行机械加工工艺规程设计和孔加工工序的专用夹具设计,使我们提高制定工艺规程、查阅资料并计算工艺要素的能力。首先我们应当根据零件图对零件进行工艺分析,计算确定其生产纲领及生产类型,其次确定毛坯的种类、制造方法、尺寸和公差,拟定工艺路线,确定各工序加工余量、尺寸公差、机床、刀具、量具、切削用量和时间定额,最后确定夹具方案并进行总体设计计算与绘图。最终成果是完成课程设计说明书及相关图纸呈现。结论是因拨叉是变速箱中的重要零件,拨叉零件的形位尺寸、公差精度以及各表面的粗糙度均影响机器整体质量及寿命,因此零件加工必须保证精度要求。
