立式物料混合机设计 摘要 立式混合机是饲料加工厂一种常用的混合机械，特别在一些小型饲料加工厂应用较广，提高了物料混合的效率。饲料混合机主要有以下部分组成:电机、进料斗、卸料板、料箱、观察口、搅龙、撒料板。该机器主要由垂直搅龙将饲料反复向上传送混合，达到物料混合的效果。进料斗中设计有横向搅龙以解决现有混合机进料装置依靠重力进料导致物料容易卡在死角的问题。还在搅龙上端出料门增设撒料板以提高混合程度，提高抛撒混合效率。整个机型结构简单，体积较小，维护方便。 关键词：立式；混合机；横向搅龙；撒料板。 Abstract thevertical mixer is a ki
