支架的铣宽5槽专用夹具设计及加工工艺装备含5张CAD图+说明书
摘要 零件加工工艺规程在零件生产过程中非常重要,指导操作者按要求加工尺寸保证公差等。专用夹具是针对某一道工序设计的机床夹具,保证产品的生产效率和生产质量。因此,对另加加工工艺规程和专用夹具进行设计,在零件加工过程中非常重要,对其进行研究也非常有意义。 本次设计选取支架零件为被加工件,主要任务有加工工艺规程以及专用夹具设计。加工工艺规程设计前分析了零件的材质,结构以及加工要求等。确定了生产和制造方式,设计了加工工艺路线,计算切削用量,填写工序卡等。本次专用夹具设计铣5槽,适用机床卧式铣床X62,铣刀为三面刃铣刀。对其定位和夹紧方案进行设计,选择定位和夹紧元件等。最后,完成CAD图形绘制及说明书的撰写等。 关键词:支架;加工工艺;专用夹具;铣5槽;切削用量 Abstract Parts processi
